How much will it cost me for JustHonk.com to crunch a deal on a new car?
If you love the deal we crunch, you pay a once-off fee of $150 which is included in the dealer’s invoice – but only if you choose to buy and finance through us.
Can I get a used car through JustHonk.com?
Right now we crunch deals for new cars only.
What dealers does JustHonk.com work with and where are they?
JustHonk.com has dealer network relationships set up across Australia that puts us in the best position to get you a great drive away price, without leaving the comfort of your lounge room!
We will work with you to ensure the location of the dealer suits your needs.
Can I choose the dealer my new car comes from?
If there is a particular dealer you would like us to get a price from just tell us.
How do I organise a test drive?
Simply leave it to us to arrange a test drive at a dealer and time that suits you.
What should I do if I have questions about my dealer experience?
Contact us! At JustHonk.com it is all about you. So feel free to tell us what you really think – at any stage of your JustHonk.com experience. We want to know how you’ve found the process and how we can make it even better!
Will dealers try to haggle with me when I pick up my new car?
No – we do all the haggling so you don’t need to. By the time you meet with the dealer, the deal has been crunched. All you need to do is enjoy your new car!
Selecting your new car
How do I pick the best deal?
At JustHonk.com, we do all the negotiating for you. We’ll then present you with our best price based on the car’s availability and location. If there's a saving to be made, we'll HONK it out for you.
Can I choose the brand and model of car I want?
Yes. Simply tell us about the car you’ve got your eye on and we’ll get the wheels rolling on a quote.
Trading in my current car
Can I trade in my car through JustHonk.com?
Yes, we’ll happily handle the trade in for you as well. To make it even easier, we can sort it so that while you take your new car for a test drive, the dealer will do a quick inspection and valuation of your current car.
The agreed value of your trade in can be taken off your new car’s final figure if you’re happy.
Then, when you’re ready to pick up your new wheels from the dealer, simply drive in with your old car and drive out with your new one – it’s that easy!
JustHonk.com financing, warranties and other add-ons
Can you organise financing for me?
Yes, we organize the finance deal for you as well. Its part of our offer to get you into the right car at the right overall price.
But if you choose not to crunch a new car deal through us, we can still arrange a financing deal for you.
Can I still use JustHonk.com if I have my own financing?
If you would simply like us to crunch a great price on a car, we can do that for a fee of $750.
Can you organise my insurance?
We can arrange Gap, Loan Protection and Extended Warranty insurances for you. We’ll talk to you about them in more detail throughout your JustHonk.com journey.
Unfortunately we cannot organise comprehensive car insurance for you. You’ll need to sort out your own comprehensive car insurance as a condition of settlement and to secure financing.
Picking up your new car and hitting the road
When do I get to pick up my new car?
A representative from the dealership will contact you to arrange a pick up time that suits you. Once the car is ordered, we’ll email you with the dealership and representatives details so you know who you’re talking to when they contact you.
